At St Christopher’s, we believe every child’s voice matters.

Our active School Council gives pupils the chance to share ideas, make decisions and play a real part in shaping school life.

From discussing new initiatives to supporting our local community through activities such as litter picking, visiting care homes and charitable projects, pupils learn the importance of responsibility, leadership and giving back.

Our vibrant House System is another much-loved part of school life. With four houses, all named after famous historic figures who have links to the school, every pupil belongs to a team that encourages collaboration, camaraderie and a shared sense of pride.

Highlights include a visit to the Houses of Parliament, where they gain first-hand insight into democracy and decision-making in action.

Working together towards common goals, pupils earn house points and celebrate achievements across academics, sport and the Arts. The system builds friendships across year groups, nurtures healthy competition, and fosters a wonderful spirit of teamwork and belonging. Together, our School Council and House System ensure pupils not only excel academically but also grow as confident, caring and community-minded individuals, qualities that will serve them for life.
