English resources and curriculum guidance

We place English at the heart of our educational journey. We believe that a strong foundation in English language skills is essential for a child’s success, not only academically but also in life. In this section, you will discover our commitment to nurturing your child’s English proficiency.

In the Reading recommendations sub-section, you can explore a curated list of book suggestions that will ignite your child’s love for reading and storytelling. We believe that books are not just sources of knowledge but also gateways to imagination and creativity.

Additionally, gain insight into our comprehensive approach to teaching spelling, punctuation, and grammar across our curriculum. The overviews of how and when skills are taught can be found in the sub-sections.

At our school, English is more than just a subject; it’s a vital skill that empowers your child to express themselves, engage with the world, and succeed in their future endeavours. Join us in this exciting journey of linguistic discovery and growth.
